City Rails
I grew up in Chicago, Illinois a few miles from the railyards. I went to sleep every night listening to boxcars smashing into each other. I woke up every morning to the soupy green sky and the smell of Nabisco cookies coming from the factory a mile or so away.
This is probably my first and definitely one of my more authentic industrial pieces. It was done back in 1988 when Notator (Logic) was new on the Atari platform. In heavy use is my Akai X7000 sampler and Yamaha MT44 4 track. The project was held together with SMPTE sync using the Unitor2.
